Anyone who considers themselves a true fan of hoppy beer has had some of this stalwart at least once in the last few years.  They used a thrift store electric football game to add hops continually and slowly to the wort, I can’t question the creativity here. Rich maltiness like a deep winter ale with intense bitters from the hops.
