For a “not” this is definitely an Irish Red.  The only thing not Irish about this beer is that it’s from Portland, Oregon.  Immediately recognizable, malty, balanced hops and a slightly sweet finish.  When drinking Irish pub music is compulsory, “Alexa, play me some Irish pub music!”
